It's christiansIt's christians who are not confused by their role of faith in God. Jesus is their High Priest and has extended their God-given, free will to exercise their faith in works that minister to the cause of Christ.

Followers of Jesus believing they are washed by his righteous suffering, look for his eminent, promised return.

You will see them with fruits of the spirit.

Love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, meekness, godliness, faith, brotherly kindness, charity.

These acts are bestowing thanks back to Jesus for his free salvation alone and whose suffering at the cross is all the merit the world will ever need. There is no law by God against goodness.
